Hi David,
Thanks for your suggestion. We've checked out many types of software for this, and are still not satisfied that even 'artificial intelligence' would give us anything close to the personal human interaction experience that we can achieve now.
The folks that answer the phones are very knowledgeable about a) our menu; b) the dishes; c) the way we prepare our food; d) the time it takes to cook it; e) what most people want, and don't want, so that we can ask the appropriate relevant questions, and be sure; f) what can be made without meat or nuts or garlic, e.g.; etc.
The love that our experts put into each transaction can't be programmed in!

Welcome back! Why did you decide to make pizza by the pie more expensive than by the slice during your 2 opening days?
62.5 cents / slice by the pie vs 50 cents by the slice.
raymmmondo:
Hi David,
Thank you for commenting here, and for noticing our big discounts during our grand-re-opening week!
We hope that you enjoyed them, and our food, as we tried to reward our customers for their great outpouring of support during the last month of repairs and upgrades!

My daughter, Sara Mia, and I have been going to Nauna's since it was on the other side of the street, and just a mere shadow of the present Nauna's! Love it! Wish I still lived in the 'delivery' radius...
Whenever my sister Carla Adrienne Green would visit, Nauna's would be on the "Must Do" list.

nauna's has been there for us montclair 35 year olds as a place we worked, ate a slice and a peach snapple when it was a 1.#@*%!#@*%! slice after school every day. right next to the task force! sean and tucker are some of the best people i know. tucker has tirelessly worked to make nauna's what it is since i delivered for them when they were across the street. the possum slices and the sicilian still can't be beat. viva nauna's, and viva mom.

how sweet of you to check up on me. I delivered a beautiful baby boy on Oct. 22 at 7lbs even. He is growing nicely everyday. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I can definitely appreciate your quality ingredients and great customer service. you guys remain extremely consistent with that, so thank you again for keeping me so very happy and satisfied during my pregnancy!!!

I love Nauna's! The owner and his family are the best people I know. Tommy is always doing things for his community. The food is super yummy and the service is always friendly. It really feels like home to me (not just cause I was the best server they EVER had, but) because as a server I learned that everyone who comes to Nauna's is to be treated like family.

WOW!!! Went here for my 4#@*%!th birthday with family and I am so happy I picked this place. The food was the best I have ever had (I am really not kidding). The appetizers were fabulous, the waiter gave us time to finish them and sit for a moment before bringing our entrees which was really nice not to be rushed through our meal. The environment is wonderful, wait staff fantastic and the food is out of this world.
This may have been our first visit to Nauna's but it will definitely NOT be our last!!!

I have been eating at Nauna's for about four years now and it is consistently good Italian food. I will say that when Raymond was the host, it made for an even more enjoyable experience. He brought such a great sense of humor to the place and he always made my family feel special while we dined.

Nauna's is a good place but the food, service & price ranges were much better when Raymond was there. The eggplant rollatini was always my fav there until raymond left....now there is some new sweet tasting sauce on it instead of the original used a couple yrs. ago. I guess there are different chefs now. They should go back to the original marinara sauce used when Raymond was there about a yr. or so ago. Service was more efficient then also. The whole place was.
